From big choices like cabinets and flooring, to the finer details like lighting and faucets, our Design Consultants will work with you to design each space to reflect your personal style. Design Studio visits are by appointment after signing the contract on you new home!

Meet Machell, Caviness & Cates Design Studio Manager. Machell is a graduate of Methodist University and has 10 years of experience in design. Machell’s expertise and keen eye for classic design help clients select the choices that reflect their own personal style in the home of their dreams. In her spare time Machell enjoys spending time with her family, going on trips, and playing golf.
Studio Selections
Visit the Caviness & Cates in-house Design Studio and find everything you need to give your new home a style all its own. Please remember that you must schedule your appointment within 5 days of signing your agreement. Most appointments take approximately 2 hours.
