This past week we celebrated the Grand Opening of Rutledge with an Open House event and pool party. Realtors and residents were invited to join us for summertime refreshments as they learned more about the gorgeous community of Rutledge in Shallotte, NC. Margaritas, a taco bar, a little beach music and lots of fun took place.
