2014 marks the 6th consecutive year we have been ranked in BUILDER’s “Top 100″. In 2013 we were able to close a total of 514 homes, a 4% increase from 2012. Our growth reinforces statistics compiled using data collected to form the top 100 which stated, “Home Building is Back.” According to BUILDER, the top 100 builders have collectively experienced a 25 percent increase in revenue when compared to 2012’s $51 billion.
We are honored to be ranked among some of the nation’s most prestigious builders for a 6th year. The full list can be accessed online. Our ranking will be featured in the May 2014 edition of BUILDER Magazine. BUILDER Magazine is the leading publication in residential construction both on and offline. Each year the magazine releases a list of the nation’s “Top 100″ homebuilders. The ranking is compiled using surveys distributed to private and public builders and selections are based upon closings, gross revenue and product type.
