Our self-tour process begins on our website OR driving through our communities. If you are starting your new home search on our website, click the blue "Schedule a Self Tour" button for the home you're interested in. While driving through our communities, look for a “Self Tour” yard sign. Next, you’ll scan the QR code on the sign with your camera app to be taken to that home’s tour portal.

After choosing the home you’d like to tour, pick a day and time that suits your schedule. Whether you're looking for an early morning tour or stopping by after work, our self-tour option allows you to select what works best for your schedule.

Creating an account is a breeze. To ensure a secure and personalized experience, enter the necessary information from your ID. Rest assured, your data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. This step is essential to tailor the tour to your needs and provide a seamless experience.

Once your account is set up, UTour will work its magic and send you a unique 4-digit code before your scheduled tour. This code is your golden ticket, granting you access to the home you've scheduled to tour. No need to fumble with keys or wait for a representative – the power is now in your hands! Simply enter the code into the keypad on the front door and begin touring #YourPlaceToCallHome! You will have 30 minutes to tour the home after your scheduled time begins. Have questions about the home while you are touring? You will receive a message with our team’s information if you have any questions or concerns during your home tour.
