The Bradley Floor Plan is one of Caviness and Cates larger home plans and is a favorite amongst families and couples looking for a lot of space.
The Bradley home plan has 4 beds and 2.5 baths and a staggering 2,563 sq. ft., it’s easy to see why this home plan takes precedent of others like it.
A popular feature of this home plan is it’s welcoming entrance, when you walk through the front door you won’t find a cramped hallway, but quite the opposite. You’ll walk into a foyer that opens up into the spacious great room!

When You Walk In…
If you’ve chosen the optional front porch option, when walking up to the front door you’ll be greeted by a stone-based, open front porch. Coming through the front door of the house, you’ll notice a staircase leading up to the second story immediately on your left. You’ll find yourself in a large foyer welcoming you to the home. The theme for this 2,563 sq.ft. home is open, so foyer is not a narrow hallway but an entrance to the spacious great room. If you keep walking you’ll enter into the kitchen which has granite countertops and an island that overlooks the living room. There is also a formal dining room to the right of the kitchen that has a lot of natural light and overlooks your backyard.
When you walk upstairs you’ll enter an open carpeted space, that has all the doors to the bedrooms to the left and right. The master bedroom is upstairs and is one of the larger Caviness and Cates offers at 15 and a half ft. by 19 ft! The other 3 bedrooms are great as kids rooms/guest bedrooms or they can be turned into an office, library, or anything else you can imagine.
